Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AR-RAWIYA SARIAA For Communications and Information Technology Company (Fast Vision), a single-person limited liability company, operating SignQube, collects and uses personal data. We process data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, for customers in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, the GDPR.

2. How we use data
We use personal data only to provide and support the service, bill for it, keep it secure, meet legal obligations, and, where you agree, send product news. We do not sell personal data.
3. Sharing
We share data only with: our payment providers, such as Moyasar and Tap Payments, to process payments; our hosting providers, such as Host Europe, which run our servers; email, support and analytics tools we use to operate the business; and authorities where the law requires it.
4. Where data is stored
Each customer chooses a server region from the list of available regions we provide at sign-up, and their account and data are hosted on our servers in that region. Customers on a private server plan may agree another location with us. Where data moves between countries, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
5. Retention
We keep service data while your subscription is active and for 30 days after it ends, then delete it. Backups are kept for up to 14 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
6. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, firewalls, separated customer accounts, restricted administrative access, monitoring and daily backups. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the authorities as required by applicable law.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to marketing, by writing to info@signqube.com. We will reply within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; in Saudi Arabia this is the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
8. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to work and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies such as Google Analytics and Google Ads. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings.
9. Your customers' data
Where your content or CMS includes personal data about your own staff or customers, you are responsible for it, and we process it only on your instructions to provide the service.
